New Year’s Greetings

We would like to thank you for your continued understanding and support to the activities of the Association for Corporate Support of the Arts.
The Association for Corporate Support of the Arts started in 1990, and this year marks its 36th anniversary.
In recent years, mécénat activities by companies and organizations have spread to a variety of fields, and coinciding with efforts to address SDG’s, an increasing number of companies are promoting mécénat activities as social investment activities, aiming to solve social issues through support of the arts and culture.
In the light of this situation, in 2024, the Association for Corporate Support of the Arts reviewed its basic message and created the following new message. We state that mécénat activities are “corporate activities aimed at solving social issues in various areas such as education, community and the environment, leading to social investment.”
This year, we will continue to communicate more than ever how companies and organizations are addressing social issues through arts and culture, how they are continuing to evolve and develop their activities, and how promoting arts leads to a social investment for enriching our lives and the world.
We would like to thank everyone for your continued support again, and extend our wishes for a happy and prosperous new year.
